Confidentiality Policy

We have a strict policy on confidentiality.

Under no circumstances can any information regarding a child or their family be given to anyone else.

All new staff members are made aware of this and are only allowed to work at the club after they have been police checked.

Registration Forms, Payment Sheets and other information regarding the children and their families are kept in a locked filing cabinet.

There are two keys. The manager has one key and the leader has the other.
